We Make Composting Easy

Harvest compost wants to make it as easy as possible for you to reduce waste, support sustainability and use the earth’s resources in the best way possible. Our goal is to make composting easy and fun for you and your family.

We will drop one (or more if you choose) 5 gallon Harvest Compost bucket at your house each month. Each bucket will include a list of compostable items. You will dispose of compostable items in the bucket until the end of the month, when we will collect your bucket and convert it to soil. You then can choose to have the soil returned to you or donate it to local agricultural facilities (Cost per bucket: $15/month).

• Dryer lint

• Plants with pesticides

• Meat and fish

• Oils and fats

• Cat or dog litter or waste

• Diapers of any kind
